The influence of new kinetic energy on the economic development in Guizhou Province

Abstract：Based on the data of Guizhou Province from 2010 to 2018, this paper uses entropy method to measure the comprehensive index of new kinetic energy of economic development, and uses multiple regression model to empirically analyze the impact of new kinetic energy on the economic development of Guizhou Province. The empirical results show that: (a) the growth rate of the new economic development momentum in Guizhou is still at a low level though it continues to grow; (b) the growth rate of the new economic development momentum is lower than the growth rate of Guizhou economic development, and the growth rate of the new momentum has a positive and significant impact on the growth rate of Guizhou economic development; (c) the growth rate of fixed asset investment and urbanization level is lower than that of Guizhou economic development The growth rate of technology level is lower than that of Guizhou economic development, and the growth rate of technology level has no significant effect on the growth rate of Guizhou economic development.
