Abstract：The innovative status of Hunan cultural creative industries is mainly manifested in the diversification, chain,
integration and advanced development of the industry, but there are also some problems. To promote and upgrade
the transformation of the cultural industries, we must do more cultural and technological researches, promote
the integration of culture and technology. We also should strive to improve the cultural and technological level,
enhance the content innovation ability of cultural and creative industries, in addition, vigorously promoting cross-
border integration and fully using the natural are also important. Now what we need to do is to strengthen financial
support in cultural and creative industries and deepen the reform of cultural system and mechanism, otherwise,
we need to pay more attention to how to transform the government functions and create a favorable market
environment.
