Thoughts on the Development of Zhoushan Cruise Economy from the Perspective of Industrial Agglomeration

Abstract：Cruise economy has gradually become the robust growth engine of modern tourism industry. But international
cruise, as the concept and consciousness of an emerging tourism destination, is not yet mature in the rapidly
developing Chinese cruise market. This paper aims to analyze the gathering characteristics and mechanism of
Zhoushan cruise economic industrial chain through the connection between the upper, middle and lower reaches
of the cruise industry. Based on the development foundation of Zhoushan cruise economy, this paper proposes the
development strategies of the whole industrial chain of Zhoushan cruise by stages, providing scientific reference
for the development of Zhoushan cruise economy.
