Abstract:With the implementation of the 2017 edition of high school curriculum standard, China began a new round
of curriculum reform in senior high schools. In this study, 286 senior high school teachers were investigated
with questionnaires. The findings are presented as follows. First, the high school teachers have different levels
of implementation of curriculum standards in teaching. Second, female teachers are significantly better than
male teachers in curriculum standards implementation. Third, age differences have influence on the teachers’
implementation degree of curriculum standards. The teachers aged 18-25 performed the best, and the teachers
aged 51-60 showed the worst, and the polarization is obvious. Fourth, there are significant differences in “actions
and strategies”, as well as “results and reflection”. Fifth, teachers with different ages show significant differences
in understanding and motivation.
