Research on the Theory and Practice of Regional Economic Development

Abstract：Regional economic development often plays a leading role in the overall economic development. How to make the regional economy develop with high overall benefit is the key problem to be solved in the theoretical research of regional economic development. This paper compares the natural conditions, natural resources, energy resources, human resources and other economic development conditions of Chinas four major regions, and puts forward some policy suggestions for the coordinated development of Chinas economic resources, the development of regional advantages, and the narrowing of regional economic gap.
This paper expounds the development mode and strategy of regional economy, probes into the factors of unbalanced development of regional economy, puts forward the development strategy of county economy in underdeveloped areas and its starting point, the countermeasures and measures of county economy development, as well as the possibility of narrowing regional economic differences and promoting the sustainable growth of national economy, so as to promote the coordinated development of regional economy.
