Research on Dynamic Mechanism of Sustainable Development of Universities

Abstract：With the development of science, technology and economy, the cultivation of talents is
becoming increasingly important. At the same time, universities, as the carrier of talents
cultivation, are also concerned. This paper discusses the sustainable development of
universities based on the theory of system dynamics, and analyzes the main factors of the
development. It shows that university development is the result of a multi-level dynamic
integrated action. In addition, some suggestions have been provided to promote the
sustainable development of the university.
