Abstract:In view of the sustainable development of food, this paper firstly uses the DPSIR model to select 16 indicators to construct an evaluation system for sustainable food development. Then randomly selected data of 25 countries studied, in order to measure the capacity for sustainable development of the countries of food, paper empowerment of each index based on entropy method to obtain a comprehensive evaluation of the value of each country. In order to accurately divide the country, this paper uses K-means clustering method to obtain 12 countries that are not sustainable, and 13 countries are sustainable. Next, using the financial support fund as the explicit cost of the Chinese government intervention, this paper uses the prevalence of malnutrition to measure the effect of government intervention, and the risk of food change will be measured by the impact of the value of food production on the Prevalence of undernourishment. When per capita food production falls by 1%, the impact of the decline in per capita food production can be alleviated by increasing the 8.11% of government support funds for agriculture.
