The Association of Ancient Chinese Cuju and Modern World Football

Abstract：This article mainly expounds four issues from three aspects. One is that the ancient Chinese Cuju and modern
football are just a relationship. The ancient Chinese Cuju is only the earliest one of the diversified origins of the
world football. The second is the constraints of environmental conditions and the gradual development of self-
development are the most important factors in the decline of ancient Cuju. The third, we should hold the objective
and fair understanding of the relationship between ancient Chinese Cuju and the worlds modern football. Fourthly,
the key to the rejuvenation of Chinese football is to untie the development of football, and from the perspective of
the overall development of sports, attach importance to the nourishment of culture to achieve the glory of football.
