A Preliminary Analysis of the Experience of Junior Teachers in the Teaching of Pathophysiology of International Students

Abstract:The teaching quality of international students is an important indicator to measure the teaching level of
a university. To address the characteristics and cultural background of international students, based on
the authors teaching practice for many years, this article summarizes the experience of pathophysiology
teaching. Introducing clinical cases into theoretical teaching cultivates students clinical thinking ability. The
application of reasonable evaluation mechanism in experimental teaching comprehensively and effectively
urges students to participate seriously and improve their operational skills. The whole process evaluation is
used to stimulate students learning initiative effectively. These measures have been recognized by students,
and the teaching effect has been significantly improved. Junior teachers can make efforts in improving
academics of education and teaching, reflecting on teaching process and promoting teaching quality through
scientific research, and quickly grow up to excellent teachers in universities.
