Analysis of Agricultural Supply Structure of Agricultural Supply-Side Structural Reform in Hubei Province

Abstract：Analyzing the effect of agricultural supply-side structural reform can provide strong theoretical support for agricultural modernization development. Based on time-series data from 2000 to 2020, we adopt Vector Autoregressive Model to analyze the achievements of agricultural supply-side structural reform in Hubei. The results show that the production factors supply, human capital supply and government management supply have long-term positive impact on agricultural supply-side structural reform. But according to the recent continuous decreasing in agricultural technology supply, the results show that it promotes agricultural supply-side structural reform in the short-term, while hinders in the long-term. Therefore, Hubei province should improve rural labor force’s quality, promote rural establishment in education and strengthen scientiffc and technical establishment in agriculture to improve the effect of achievements supply-side structural reform in Hubei.
