Abstract：Talent demand impact on urban development issues, the author of this paper, from the employment demand, expect occupation, education three aspects to analyze A city employment market demand, set up multiple linear regression model and eliminating abnormal points several optimization model, using the normal distribution test, such as heteroscedasticity testing model for residual test, and based on the gray system model to a city in the next three years to predict the potential demand, use SPSS, MATLAB and EXCEL software programming, is A city of the next three years demand and requirements of different types of urban demand for talent structure is different, Based on the research conclusion provides the introduction of talent strategy of city.
