Abstract:Under complex disaster conditions, it is one of the keys to acquire road disaster information and analyze traffic capacity in time after earthquake. Road is not only an important basic geographic information, but also a clue and reference frame to extract other objects. In consideration of the rapid mapping response ability and outstanding timeliness and cost performance of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) under complex disaster conditions, this paper realizes the rapid extraction of road seismic damage by following the process of image stitching, image segmentation and connectivity analysis for UAV aerial map. For the damaged roads in the disaster area, this paper detected the road brightness, standard difference and other characteristics, and analyzed its traffic capacity. The experimental results show that the speed and effect of road extraction can provide decision-making for the rescue work in disaster areas, and has a high practical application ability.
