Abstract：This paper expounds the methods and principles of product design model making and the role of computer-
aided industrial design in product design model making, and introduces the technology of making sludge
model. Combined with computer-aided industrial design, materials, technology and other contents, this
paper introduces the manufacture of handhold vacuum cleaner model for vehicle in detail, which can provide
reference for the manufacture of product design model.
