Abstract:Urban zoo design is a very interesting architectural subject, because in the long history, the relationship between humans and animals has been redefined and updated, and the zoo itself has not yet had a perfect and mature model. In particular, domestic urban zoos have been developing in exploration and practice, and they are faced with difficulties and choices. Monkeys are clearly the most common, widespread, and widespread animal in the zoo, and their importance is evident. We dont have much lessons from the past, but they are more likely to re-start from an architectural perspective and think about how to balance the relationship between people, animals, cities and buildings. Through this research, we have temporarily abandoned a lot of so-called design routines, and more simply deductive space in an architectural way of thinking. We are not professional zoologists. Maybe some of the expectations of animals will be biased, but what we train and get is a design method, no matter what the preconditions, we can find a suitable space plan.
