Abstract：Excellent teachers are pivotal to ensuring the teaching quality for international medical students. Teachers of
medical universities for international students are required to be conversant with the global perspective on
talent development, to explore and improve competence, to understand the concept of quality education and
to attain standard English level. Furthermore, to be familiar with the teacher’s morality in accordance with
international medical education standards, so as to provide a stable teaching staff guaranteeing for achieving
professional delivery and personnel training goals of international medical students.
