Model Construction of Four Parties Interlink on Cross Border E-commerce Talents Cultivating

Abstract:In recent years, cross-border e-commerce has been developing rapidly and is popular all over the world, meanwhile the talents’ shortage effect of the industry is increasingly prominent. Colleges and universities, as the focus base of professional talent cultivating, have accelerated the transformation of the cultivating mode of cross- border e-commerce talents, which has become a top priority for teaching reform and practice in colleges and universities. This study, by visiting the typical cross-border e-commerce enterprises in Zhejiang and the colleges and universities that set up courses concerning cross-border e-commerce, this paper analyses the six characteristics of the enterprises demand and quality of cross-border e-commerce talents, and constructs mechanism model with four parties interlink for the cultivating of cross-border e-commerce talents, so as to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for the practical operation of cross border e-commerce talents cultivating in colleges and universities.
