Theoretical Interpretation of Justice

Abstract:Justice came into being with human beings. It is a kind of moral ideal and value pursuit that people strive for tirelessly. This paper first analyzes the meaning of justice from the perspective of its etymological meanings and philosophical interpretations, and then explores what justice entails, offering an in-depth explanation of its essence. The paper holds that justice is an order that exists in nature and society. It is a principle of value rooted in the heart of people and materjalized into a set of institutions and norms.
