Teaching Reform and Innovative Thinking Construction of Talent Cultivation in Colleges

Abstract：With the rapid development of emerging industries, talents in intelligent manufacturing related majors in universities are facing new challenges and opportunities in education and innovative thinking cultivation. In order to better adapt to the background environment of the new era and cultivate professional talents that meet the needs of social development, universities need to further do a good job in upgrading and transforming the education industry. This article explores the importance of project-based teaching reform and innovative thinking talent cultivation for intelligent manufacturing related majors, points out the shortcomings of current teaching methods, and proposes corresponding teaching reform strategies based on this. By improving the curriculum system, promoting project-based teaching, establishing industry university research cooperation, and perfecting the evaluation system, we aim to cultivate students innovative thinking and awareness, stimulate their innovation enthusiasm and creativity, and provide modern applied talents with professional technical capabilities for society and enterprises.
