Difficulties and Countermeasures in the Follow-up Development of Relocating the Poor in Ethnic Areas

Abstract:In the work of poverty alleviation and management in ethnic areas, relocating the poor have played a strong
role. Based on the main difficulties in the prevention of poverty return in ethnic areas, this paper investigates the
follow-up development of relocating the poor areas in Z country in southeast Guizhou Province, and finds that
there are still inefficient problems in some aspects, which is worthy of attention. According to the research, the
economic development of in Z county is lagging behind, the structure of human resources is poor, the educational
resources are scarce, and the natural resources are scarce. The key to managing poverty is prevention ahead
of time. According to a series of risk of returning to poverty in ethnic areas, the early warning mechanism of
returning to poverty is constructed in order to consolidate the poverty alleviation in ethnic areas Effectiveness.
