Research on the Influence of Chinese Business Environment on the Innovation Ability of Private Enterprises

Abstract：This paper studies the relationship between the Chinese business environment and the innovation ability of private
enterprises, selects the business environment data of 30 cities in China published by the world bank in 2012, tests
the correlation between regional business environment and private enterprise R&D investment, clarifies the impact
mechanism of business environment on private enterprise R&D investment, and constructs a new analysis idea.
The results show that: continuous optimization of business environment can promote private technology R&D
investment, especially to create a positive financial environment, establish a positive loan relationship, strengthen
the financial institutions and private enterprises industry and finance docking, more conducive to private
enterprises R&D, and has a better impact on private enterprises innovation.
