Abstract：Logistics finance mainly involves the business operation mode and risk control. This paper analyzes and studies
the literature related to logistics finance at home and abroad. Based on the concept of logistics finance, this paper
sorts out the literature related to logistics finance operation mode and risk control, so as to provide useful reference
for the practice of logistics finance in China.
