The Application of Bamboo in the Evaluation Standard of Packaging Design

Abstract：In order to realize the ecological civilization construction of the packaging industry in the new era, we
should make good use of the natural characteristics and human attributes of bamboo. Based on the evaluation
standard of world star packaging design, this paper analyzes the advantages of bamboo in packaging
design, such as safety, convenience, economy, environmental protection and strong regional culture, so as to
deepen peoples understanding of bamboo and promote designers to pay more attention to and use this green
environmental protection material.
